Tax Law:  Personal & Business

With over 14 years of tax experience as an attorney and CPA, I have the experience to handle all of your personal and business tax needs. From return preparation for yourself or your business, to tax planning, representation, and negotiating, I can aggressively handle everything the IRS or Franchise Tax Board can throw your way.

Return preparation

Individuals

If you are an individual in need of tax help, I am your one-stop shop. As a CPA and tax attorney, I can complete all tax returns for you and offer critical guidance and planning that could save you thousands of dollars.

Companies who only do tax returns will not give you the personalized attention and will not have the kind of expertise that a tax attorney has for finding all of your deductions. They will also not take the time to ensure that you take the actions needed to reduce future tax bills.

I will personally ensure that your IRS 1040 form and California 540 form are filled out correctly, giving you the largest refund possible.

All Businesses

Taxation is a major issue for all types of businesses. Due to the complexities of the Internal Revenue Code, your business needs its own tax expert with over 14 years of experience in your corner.

If you have any type of business, whether a partnership or LLC or corporation, I can take care of all your tax issues. From payroll tax issues, to IRS compliance, to filing, to guidance and planning, your needs will be fulfilled.

I have experience completing all forms including: 1120 for corporations, 1065 and 565 for partnerships, and 3522 for LLCs.

Estates and Trusts

If you are an executor of an estate or a trustee of a trust, you will need help with the treacherous tax issues around every corner. There is no one better than a tax attorney/CPA with over 14 years of tax experience to handle all tax issues.

I will ensure that the trust and estate forms 1041 and 541 are filled out accurately so that you will not have to worry at all about these complicated tax issues.

Tax Planning

If you are conducting any transaction, personal or business, in which you are not sure of the tax ramifications, I will be able to do thorough research and come up with a plan of action that will minimize your tax consequences, thus saving you money.

With over 14 years of experience as a tax attorney/CPA, I will be able to handle any complex issue. I will break it down for you step by step and in simple terms to understand, while helping you decide which option is in your best interest.

Representation

If you have any problems with the IRS or Franchise Tax Board, then you need aggressive and experienced representation to protect your rights.

Audit Protection

Being audited can be very scary. You need an experienced tax attorney for representation to fight the IRS or Franchise Tax Board and to protect your rights to the full extent of the law.

I have years of experience dealing with the IRS and Franchise Tax Board and know how to protect my clients. My goal is to make the auditing process as smooth and stress free for you as possible.

Response to IRS or Franchise Tax Board Notices

If you have received anything in the mail from the IRS or Franchise Tax Board and are not sure about the ramifications, I can explain what they mean and what to do about them.

I will also take care of future communication with these agencies so that you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Tax Debt Negotiation

1. Offers in Compromise

If you are not able to pay your large tax bill, I may be able to help you out! The IRS has a program called offers in compromise in which you may be able to settle your tax bills for much less than you actually owe!

If you talk to the IRS about this program they may appear friendly and helpful. Do not let the IRS fool you! They will pretend that they are looking out for your interests, but they are not on your side. You need an experienced attorney fighting for you to analyze the best deal that you can get!

I will fill out form 656 for you, to ensure that you will receive the best possible deal!

2. Negotiating Payment Plans

If the amount of tax you owe is too much for you to burden, I will negotiate a payment plan that is better for you. Do not let the IRS force a payment schedule on you. I will ensure that what is best for you is not ignored by the IRS.
